Delivery was okay, food was not okay

Ordered via Lieferando at 18:20. After 1 1/2 hours, I called and said that the food was in preparation and comes in 10-15 minutes. No delivery at 20:30. It is lied to the customer in the face. Once and never again. Supplement: The food came after about 2 1/2 hours at just before 21.00 clock. Despite the fact that the food was hot and tasty, the 1-star rating for the subterranean delivery time and bold lie.
