After a mistake that was not my fault, I was yelled at on the phone, interrupted all the time and finally got the phone slammed in my ear. But now from the beginning. My work colleagues at Daimler AG and I decided to order something to eat at AVANTI via Lieferando. My pizza was with ham and mushrooms as well as garlic, hot pepperoni and corn that I ordered. My colleague picked up the order at gate 4 and when I opened my pizza I found no pepperoni, no garlic, no ham or mushrooms on it. Rather, there was only corn and shrimp on this pizza ..... In addition, there was a small pizza and not a large one, as I ordered. My colleague called and explained that the wrong pizza was delivered. However, the man on the other end claimed that WE made a mistake and that it was not his problem. When my colleague informed me of this, I called myself now, since it was only about my food. The man answered politely at first, claiming that the pizza had been delivered which had been ordered and announced that he would send me 'his proof' via WhatsApp. I also did this from my side and then called him back. Now I noticed a rudeness and anger in his voice and when I started to show him my side based on 'my evidence' he tried to interrupt me all the time, yelled at me and finally slammed the phone down. He then blocked me on WhatsApp. So I didn't get around to telling him that I'm allergic to shrimp. For years now, I worked as a tour guide for TUI and as a flight attendant at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, so I know how difficult some guests or customers can be. But here I was the customer who had approached the gentleman from AVANTI by telephone with decency, manners and courtesy and was then treated really badly. Of course, this is not only making the rounds among my colleagues at Daimler AG. Other Daimler employees will also notice this and whether this should be good for business? All for € 8.50 ??? Well I guess business is going very well at the moment and therefore you don't really need every customer; certainly not a dissatisfied customer like me, let alone at least try to satisfy them. NEVER AGAIN !!!

In the past I have often bought pizza from Avanti, it was always very true, very peaceful everything was okay. Three days ago I was in the mood for pizza and went back again. I picked up my pizza and went home. Still, I'll go back

Shame on Italians! Never again. Food inedible was burned Something can always happen, but you should at least recognize mistakes and apologize. The gentleman on the phone was laughing at me outrageously. Pizza bad! Employee bad! The boss I am told to do what I want Lieferando was also notified

The pizza where I ordered was totally burned and the wait forever on the phone ☎ you get told 30 minutes is the food because after 1 hour and 20 minutes it has come, definitely not recommend it When you call you are turned on stupidly, the status pizzeria does not work
