In response to my written request for a Kubibox, I did not receive a written offer or at least a rejection, etc. First I received a completely empty email without text and attachment, which I then complained about. Then the next email I was addressed in the address of the store manager with "Hello", which is an absolute "no go" for me as a possible customer. (I then adapted their writing style). Then they wanted a call back, even though everything was clearly written in my written request. When I asked in writing what information you would like to have, there was no response. Robox is probably not interested in potential new customers. Also good, will go somewhere else.
