There is an employee there called Mr. Boris Gold who is very racist. Just because you speak English and don't look from around, Mr. Gold would react in a very racist and rude behavior. Even if you are very respectful and kind when talking to him, he was very mean and disrespectful. I was about to call the cops for him until a respectful lady joined the conversation.

Renting the warehouse itself was great and the staff there very friendly. The storage rooms are dry and easily accessible, trolleys for loading and unloading are available at any time. And the area for loading and unloading is also covered.
The 3 star deduction is because the voucher for a van was an absolute failure. The voucher for the van at Enterprise is only valid during the week, so I rented the van on a Friday. One would think that it is a weekday. When I picked up the van, the shock. The voucher is only valid Monday to Thursday. However, this is not explained in detail on the voucher mentioned. Since my helpers were all there and I didn't know where else to get a van, I bit the bullet and rented it.
Apparently this is not an isolated incident and has happened quite often.
If you give such a voucher you should also properly clarify the conditions with the sales partner. In addition, the prices of the van rental are outrageously expensive.
