As a layperson, I cannot of course judge the medical competence of Dr Schindler, but what I can judge is that the practice permanently offers an emergency service, which I had to use today (22.11.20) - called 7 times on the emergency number and 7x nobody is on it! Absolute mess on an emergency service. I'm not calling the vet on Sunday mornings because of a crooked hair! We have now found a vet who takes care of our little animal

Unfortunately, very bad experience, I was with my cat at the veterinarian a few weeks ago - I was misdiagnosed. Again and again the question came up: "Should we let the cat use a chip or we recommend vaccinating your cat" at least 3 times the question came within 20 minutes. I don't want to tell more, everyone can imagine what kind of stress came after the misdiagnosis ... Be sure to avoid the vet. No love of animals available but rather for the money.

Emergency with rat, first too full, then only one person with the animal (daughter is 17 without a driver's license ...) fortunately found another doctor who takes care of emergencies ... even if the animal is "only" a rat. Never again!

We have been in the practice for 7 years with our tomcat Archie and 5 years with his mom Saphira. Our fur noses were always treated professionally and lovingly, we always got an appointment quickly and were informed in detail about everything before the treatment. Schindler and her entire team from the bottom of my heart.
