I and my cat Mischou can heartily recommend this practice! Both doctor and helper are extremely fond of animals. Cat fell asleep purring to have teeth cleaned No unnecessary examinations are made .... Everything per animal! Keep it up!!! I'm coming soon with my hangover Fips!

Very professional treatment, little waiting time. I understand the bad reviews here on google not at all. When I recently came to an appointment in this practice with my 14-year-old tomcat, the specialist doctor and her team discovered, in addition to the actual injury that I had noticed, 2 more deep bite wounds that I hadn't noticed before due to the fur. If the wounds had not been tended and sewn on the same day, as was the case here, my cat might not be as healthy and happy today. Again, big praise and a big thank you🙏🏼 -> 5 stars because there are no 6

A cheek to call yourself a vet! It says emergency service and when I called at 11:30 p.m. the answer was I should take the blood-haunted cat by public transport from Ma-Rheinau to Frankenthal. First nobody answers for minutes and then totally overslept! If you don't love animals and are there for them then you shouldn't do this job!

I have to honestly say that for me it is the best veterinary practice I have ever experienced ... from the beginning it was great communication ... whether with the receptionist or then with Frau Doktor ... we have 4 cats neutered leave and with the procedure and the arrangement everything was fine .... the first two Friday mornings ... late afternoon call can come to pick up ... great conversation ... great information .... for Monday the other two agreed. ... nothing to complain about ... funny and open friendly conversations .... and even called shortly on Sunday evenings because we had little worries ... pictures even sent to a private cell phone and briefly called ... without using the Batting an eyelash for us .... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING .... and ... what we particularly noticed .... no unnecessary attempts with additional sales .... I was particularly impressed .... We are coming again .... definitely ... and really highly priced ... in the Mannheim area there was only 1 practice g just as .... Everyone else much more expensive ... keep it up Ms. Doktor ... and of course her team
