Came in as a new patient with one cat. Appointment time was 1630 but we figured there would be new patient paperwork to sign so we arrived at 1600. We waited until 1700 to be called into an exam room. There were only two usable exam rooms and the third being used for weight and xrays. When we were called there were six other people waiting for their call after us. The entire 'exam' took 10 minutes from getting into the room to walking out after paying. We were there for flea medication. The vet was some man in workout clothing who wore no identification. He was very ugly towards his staff. I witnessed him throw the flea med box at a tech then snatch it out of another tech's hand a few minutes later. We were charged almost 4 euro for him to apply the topical medication. A complete rip off as we were sent with another application that I am to put on at home and I could have just put that on myself today. Besides getting the medication the entire operation felt like a scam. I will be driving out to Kaiserslautern to my trusted vet for all future visits. That office was not convient or friendly.

This was my first time there, so I can only report my first impression. The modern practice is clean and the assistant accepted us very friendly on the phone. It was Saturday and I was glad that we could go to the vet shortly before it closed. Unfortunately, due to Corona, it was not possible to accompany the dog to the examination room, but it was important that he came out again without complaints. 🙂

Quick and relatively cheap help for my rabbit with dental problems. Fortunately, there is sanding instead of snapping. Gladly again.

It was my first time there, and this practice won't see me either. The vet and the helper were really nice, hence the 3 stars. About my experience: The practice may only be entered to pay, you may not come in for an examination. That is not how it works. Who knows what is being done with the animal here, especially since my cat is already very scared anyway. Meeting and so on is being held in the parking lot, nothing works. You have absolutely no control over what happens, everything is simply forced on you. Before my hangover was in the practice, they said in the parking lot that they would do a blood count, etc. Completely exaggerated unnecessary examinations, my tomcat had to endure, the animal was pumped full of various drugs and in the end you didn't know what the little one had. But the main thing is cashed 330 €. I've never paid that much for an examination at a vet.
