This was the first time, I went there with my two cats. Vet. Ursula Glockne examined my cats and injected vaccines. She helped and answered detailed to my questions. For the first time this was good for me. However I couldn't say anything now for detailed operations or diagnosis or emergency situations because we hadn't experiences about that situations.

Tried several times to call either always busy or then queued and then kicked out. Just wanted to know if they have certain pills for my dog. Has no value there, find another vet for me.

Very competent and friendly. The veterinarian Mrs. Goschler takes time for her little patients and treats them carefully. On the whole very satisfied, the prices are okay!

Previously top. Today flop. For one thing, you hang on hold for a very long time. If you are lucky someone will answer you and you will get an appointment - someday. Acute cases are viewed with a 2 hour waiting time and sent to the clinic for sewing. In the future it is better to visit the surrounding vets.
