Even though it was her birthday and without knowing us or our cat, Ms. Esrom came straight away when we asked her to make an appointment for care for the dying! Our actual vet allegedly "wasn't allowed" because of Corona ... Ms. Esrom was very empathetic and professional and so we could say goodbye holding our Hermione in our arms and not in a veterinary practice, where we should not have been there for two. A very big thank you again on this way!

It is very pleasant for my cat that he can be treated at home. Ms. Esrom also comes at short notice and the costs are not really higher than in an inpatient practice. Very good handling of all animals that I have had so far. Super friendly, explains everything great and deals very well with the animals, which I have experienced elsewhere. Absolutely recommendable, for me no other vet can be considered.

Qualified doctor who will spontaneously help you to find a suitable practice for a necessary operation in a short time and also arrange an appointment! You can feel that this doctor is passionate about her job! Even if she is currently unavailable, she will call you back quickly. You can rely 100% on Ms. Esrom!
