The staff are nice! And always very helpful, but the older man, on the other hand, is very rude and arrogant. He grumbles extremely because you go to the bookstore with his cell phone and tells you to order it! As long as it is there, I will not go in! That's rude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. In addition, a large selection of products that are suitable both for pastime on the train, as gifts and "souvenirs". Unfortunately, the aisles are very, very narrow and winding. It is rather difficult with a suitcase, stroller or wheelchair.
