I am very disappointed with customer service and the courtesy of VHS Rosenheim. Other VHS in the district of Rosenheim are a lot more customer-oriented than the VHS Rosenheim. I had a cruciate ligament rupture on the first day of the course, after which I could no longer take part in the course. With other VHS, I was offered, with far fewer problems, that I would receive a voucher for the course that I could no longer attend and could use it for another course. The VHS in Rosenheim didn't offer me anything like this - I had to pay the full amount of the course. In the first step I was sent a standard letter and in the next step I simply invoked the General Terms and Conditions without any ideas; I was not even expressed regret about my case. Customer loyalty and service looks different. I work in customer service myself and cannot allow myself to behave in this way.
