Incredibly unfriendly staff (2 young girls). Just wanted to pick up my parcel, the two of them were really rude and totally stressed out, I can understand it when you are stressed at work, but what can the customers do about it? And then add the opening times, I think it's a shame if my package is always delivered there ...

Very friendly employees, a good atmosphere in the beautiful shop and lots of great products to choose from. For me and my friends in and around Ulm the first point of contact for wines, gifts and special foods. At the Genusswerk you will always be welcomed in a friendly and helpful manner and you will certainly not go home empty-handed. Absolute recommendation!

Attention! Amounted to!!! I wouldn't even give a star if I could. I have ordered several Tonic Water online that have not yet been delivered after 6 weeks. After several inquiries, I was told that although my money was there, no order could be found. One wanted to report again. Now, 4 weeks later, nobody has contacted me yet. I call and write emails very often, but without an answer and without success. The case will now be handed over to the lawyer or the police! Just a bottomless cheek.

Unfortunately I feel compelled to publish my experience and opinion with the shop here. This shop is miserable not only from the customer's point of view, with the slogans that you have to listen to when parcels are constantly incorrectly franked, received and issued and there are no (legally required !!!) cash registers and receipts for shop sales. The owner of the Genusswerk employs illegally unregistered, unpaid and unqualified people in the company without proper training. There is no contact with the owner at all, calls are not accepted, one is blocked, there are no answers to customer inquiries if Genusswerk orders are never delivered or customers do not receive receipts for their purchase. Everything goes black over the table. For me it's no wonder that there is no motivation for customers ... really not to be recommended
