I had the pleasure of using the moving service from Falke Umzug. What else can I say except: FANTASTIC SERVICE! Firstly, the wonderful lady Amierah who is responsible for coordinating and arranging my move from Düsseldorf to Munich was super friendly. She spoke English with me as she’s from the US. Thank god for that as I couldn’t speak German. Right from the very beginning, the service provided by Amierah was very genuine and sincere, not like other moving companies that want to jack up the quote or anything like that. So thank you Amierah if you are reading this! Now on to the actual move, the two movers were very friendly although they didn’t speak much English. They took good care of my furnitures. What’s more important to note is that the elevator at my place in Munich was under maintenance and I live on the 5th floor. They didn’t complain to me at all and managed to carry all the heavy items up to the 5th floor. At the end of the day, they were still friendly and nice. I couldn’t be anymore happy and satisfied about their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who’s moving. Genuine, friendly, efficient, quick, responsive service. This is the formula to a successful company and they have nailed it;) David, a happy customer:)

Absolutely unreliable. The appointment was canceled without notice before the move, although I had received an offer and actually accepted it. Absolutely not to be recommended!

Our move from Pforzheim to Bergisch Gladbach by Falke Umzug went smoothly. The three men were on time and incredibly hardworking and helpful. Ms. Gülgüm in the office was very friendly. Always replied quickly and got everything on track.

Great company. The movers were very fast and super friendly. Value for money was very good despite a distance of over 600km. In the morning invited the last things and unloaded again in the same afternoon. Although everything was very short notice, our requests were always received. E-mails were always answered quickly. We would always move with Falke! Only to be recommended.
