Absolutely rude advice! The clerk is simply not available (although supposedly in the house) and the representation is rude.

Hello today I wanted information about my tax identification number, I called, no information about data protection, have a look at home and why I call that I received in 2008, and she had to do. she thinks I want to call for fun totally unfriendly just ask me how you can put such people in an office on the phone is also shortly before 3pm because I want you to drink coffee terribly disturbed this woman because you can only break off the conversation! I have often called the employment office, pension insurance or other offices, they were always respectful and helped when they could, but I've never seen such a disrespectful person on the phone as in the tax office today, thank you for nothing

Slow and incompetent !!! It can not be that every other tax office in Germany gets the applications ready in about 6-7 weeks and is available for further questions. If after 12 weeks times ask the employees, for what we pay taxes, please! Funny an acquaintance has the tax one week ago in front of me and for 4 weeks the decision. Service Desert Germany.

Tried to call every day for 1 week to change my address. I will always be forwarded and in the end I will still not be able to reach the person responsible for it ... shouldn't be surprised then why the post cannot be delivered!
