Never again!!! The former employee ONLY made mistakes. Despite the complaint and the desire to stop him from doing anything, Mr. Krchnavy left him alone on the site and did not check his work. This has caused me a damage of several (!) 100 €. Routed lines had to be dismantled, which only went through a hole in a tiled wall. No one cared for the elimination of this additional damage even after half a year. A defective device due to incorrect operation had to be replaced. I did not get a new guarantee voucher despite demand, a compensation for an unusable flooring also not. I got the money for a weekend emergency service after more than 3 months after talking to Mr. Krchnavy's private household. Cables in the unheated basement have still not been isolated (rule), transitions between pipes of different materials were improper. Mr. Krchnavy can not be reached by phone or SMS, he does not respond to letters !!!
