Great service from start to finish. Anytime again. The kitchen is of great quality and the price / performance ratio was significantly cheaper than with other providers. We compared some providers from Potsdam and the surrounding area and would always buy from REDDY. A very individual consultation with great tips that we hadn't even considered before. The assembly was also carried out by specialists who understand their craft. And we're very specific about that, but there was nothing to complain about. The next one will definitely be a REDDY kitchen again.

Our kitchen extension turned out to be child's play (in the truest sense of the word) due to the comprehensive advice from Mr. Mazijewksi. Not helpful. Unfriendly. With so many kitchen studios in the Berlin area, I wouldn't waste my time here.

I can only advise you to avoid this business -> FINGER AWAY! Why? When we moved into our new apartment in October 2019, we needed a new kitchen and we trusted Reddy-Kitchens Potsdam. The staff has already taken measurements, as our landlord has also moved into a kitchen in the same house via Reddy kitchens - more on that later - washing up, understandable. After the consultation and the implementation of our ideas, a plan emerged that we liked from the ground up, a bit expensive to be honest, but accepted by us approvingly. Our new kitchen had a small deviation from the norm: stove and oven on different kitchen sides - the beginning of an ordeal that continues to this day (~ 12 months later). After the first draft, we informed Reddy Kitchens in writing about the electrical installation (double socket on the oven side). The reaction: "That's okay". When setting up, the external (extremely friendly) kitchen builders found that the stove, in the kitchen measured by the Reddy kitchen staff and inspected twice, MUST NOT be connected and therefore not operated. (The measurement is of course part of the invoice) Background: oven and stove have to have extra electr. be assured that otherwise usually happens via the stove connection socket. In our kitchen, this is on the side of the stove, but not on the side of the oven. At first, Reddy-Kitchens tried to blame our landlords. O-Ton "who builds it like that. You do it differently (..)" We and our rental company, of course, rejected ideas such as "tear up the floor", "pry open walls" - as these measures are disproportionate. Here we are, in an expensive, custom-made kitchen where the oven doesn't work. Our goal of a quick and uncomplicated solution was initially only met with unbelievable inertia, one cannot definitely not speak of fast or customer-oriented service here. After several phone calls and suggestions from us, a solution was found - here, too, the original sound was "that doesn't work", "too expensive", "that doesn't exist" - 1st deadline for implementation, canceled - 2nd deadline for Implementation, failed. Reddy kitchens were always prevented. Since then - Christmas 2019 - we have not responded to our messages, despite repeated requests including deadlines. So if you are looking for a kitchen, competent advice, good implementation and, if necessary, customer-oriented and / or solution-oriented action in the event of flaws / errors (which always exist), you are WRONG with Reddy kitchens. It does not seem to be an isolated case, as another household in our house had to wait about 6 months for missing parts to be installed. We now only have legal steps left ... to get a kitchen as ordered at some point after approx. 12 months + X. Please don't YOU make the same mistake - find a good kitchen studio - FINGER WEG from Reddy Kitchens.

What should Reddy Kitchens actually be called? Kitchen paradise! Top quality at a very good price. I have had my kitchen for a long time and I am still very satisfied. Great job.
