I can only join my predecessor. At Küchen Daniel you will be treated like royalty, but only until the contract is signed! We ordered our kitchen in January 2019. After that, nobody was really interested in our order. In the end, our kitchen was delivered too late (instead of week 18/19 four weeks later, week 22/19). Ms. Daniel took the liberty of making statements that I think have no place in a customer conversation. Since the end of May 2019, we have a Daniel kitchen with a hob and an integrated extractor hood from Bora. Unfortunately, we were able to use the extractor hood twice in this period (almost 1 year!), As there are communication problems between the so-called air pressure switch and the hood and an error message constantly appears on the hood. We have asked several times over the past few months whether we can make an appointment with the electrician and a Daniel-Küchen employee to solve the problem. The electrician agreed. Daniel Küchen didn't respond to our inquiries at all.

For us THE KITCHEN STUDIO in Potsdam! The first appointment was very pleasant and downright beneficial. After visiting other kitchen studios before, we immediately felt in good hands here. The contact was very personal, the advice creative and competent, the presentation of the planning extremely good. The end result - our wonderful new kitchen - is really impressive! Great quality, great craftsmen when assembling, no unexpected surprises. We are really happy that we bought our kitchen here. The only small point of criticism was that we sometimes had to wait for a call back or for an email to be answered - but this seems to have been resolved in the meantime by the strengthening of the team.
