Until we bought our kitchen, we were very happy with the kitchen studio, but then the trouble started ... We bought our 2nd kitchen at 1-2-3 kitchens. Our advisor took a lot of time for us. First we wanted to have our first kitchen (10 years old) rebuilt and expanded for the move. Ms. J. had so many good ideas that we were blown away by our newly designed old kitchen. We changed our minds again for the next appointment and decided on a completely new kitchen, but based on the same floor plan that Ms. J. had suggested. Our asking price was only slightly exceeded, but we had some extravagant items with us, such as a bench under the window and all the technical equipment such as oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan and microwave. At the third appointment, we discussed a few more details and signed our contract. When we delivered the new kitchen, we noticed that the microwave door was crooked. We then tried to contact our responsible agent (he was specially named to us for such problems), unfortunately without success. Calls or emails were not answered. We then tried to solve the problem through our planning advisor. At first, she also took care of the problem. But it didn't take long for her to lose engagement. We wrote countless emails and tried to phone afterwards. If we got an answer at all, we were just put off. 5 repair and replacement attempts and 9 months later there is no solution from the kitchen studio. The way customers are treated here is a cheek. This is definitely our last kitchen that we bought here! P.S. It is sad that the manufacturer AEG is not able to deliver an intact device, but we do not rate that here. It's all about the lack of competence in communication and problem solving in the kitchen studio. Service looks different in our eyes.

I thought for a long time whether I should give a rating, but dealing with customers at 123 Küchen in Rückertstraße really irritated me that it was important to inform other potential customers about it. I am writing this review with a little time lag because I want to remain objective. First the positive: the kitchen looks high-quality and was well set up by the fitters within the scope of their possibilities. On the negative points: The communication with the customer is not customer-friendly and simply does not take place, to be honest a good example of why Germany is referred to as a “service desert”. Until I signed the sales contract, I felt comfortable with the seller. Shortly afterwards the drama started. Unfortunately there was no more communication. It became difficult that the measurement was simply carried out poorly, which the fitters also confirmed to me. Because I was there myself when the measurements were taken and I pointed out to the seller several times whether she actually measured the corresponding point X. The next step was that the delivery date was simply set, without consulting me, the date was not even communicated to me. It was only by chance that I found out about the appointment and luckily I was able to postpone it to another date. I could still get over that because it didn't come to the worst case (kitchen is delivered and nobody is there). During the inspection of the kitchen, it was noticed that there were massive communication problems with the saleswoman. The kitchen was different than agreed. I was able to get over that as well, annoying, but everybody has communication problems. However, employees should be trained, especially in the service area. What I couldn't get over was that the kitchen just didn't fit exactly in several places and I'm not talking about the usual "crooked wall" problems. Two shelves simply had 2-3 cm clearance to the wall, which was definitely due to the poor measurement, as the distance does not fluctuate, but is a constant 2-3 cm. Several fronts clash because the distance is not right. One shelf was too short. The entire kitchen 2 cm too long (no finish with tiled mirror) Also some electrical appliances did not work as they should (extractor hood did not pull, the fuse came on the stove). Parts were missing. I was assured that the problems would be addressed. After 5 emails and several phone calls, the repair appointment finally came after 1.5 months, but this was agreed through another employee because the saleswoman simply did not answer and was not interested in the topic. Literally it was said, “That is no longer my subject”. Some of the problems were then covered up but not resolved. Here I expected the company to come to me. Finally, I bought a fitted kitchen that guarantees that it will fit. Alternatively, I could have otherwise just bought a standard kitchen, without measurement and production, because I could have understood such problems. But at the price, I expect a higher quality. When I criticized that, I was blown off by the saleswoman already described. Again, I called weekly and wrote emails until I got any information at all. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I can't recommend the kitchen studio as communication is a disaster. You are ignored, not called back, or receive no response to emails. Problems are not understood and played down. Since the studio (like all other studios) sells nobilia and various well-known branded devices, the studio's only own contribution is advice and communication. In school grades, these achievements would be assessed with a 5-6.

Thank you for the really great and friendly advice. We felt very well looked after by Ms. A. JOB. Competent, not pushy, customer-oriented, extensive wealth of ideas, ... Suuuuper. Price / performance great Gladly again, if it becomes a kitchen again. ;-)

Based on a recommendation from my circle of friends, I wanted my kitchen to be planned by 1-2-3 kitchens. That was the best decision I could make, because after 3 hours of configuration without help in a Swedish furniture store with eternal (visual) pushing and pulling of furniture, infinitely strained nerves and the feeling of being completely alone, I already had all hope of a great, individual, custom-fit kitchen is lost. I love what 1-2-3 kitchens created: a super beautiful, personal, modern and above all tailor-made kitchen - MY kitchen ❤ and not only that: the kitchen was delivered within 4 (!!) weeks! Just awesome! I would particularly like to thank Ms Job very much! She was so friendly and patient, imaginative and competent and implemented my wishes one to one! I couldn't have imagined a better kitchen planner and consultant! Thanks a lot!

an evaluation of an ex-employee. Only by moving to a distant state, I leave this great company. In this way I would like to thank all colleagues and my employers for a wonderful time.
