We went to Mr. Teubner for an initial consultation. After we went overboard with their advertising, in the case of difficult building law cases, to consult a lawyer (namely the law firm in question) while preparing the pre-construction request, we wanted an assessment of our case and support for the pre-construction request. In conversation, Mr. Teubner did not give the impression that he was interested in our case at all. There were no inquiries about the general conditions, our inquiries as to how he assessed the situation always meant "you have to look closely at that". In the end, he advised us to make the preliminary building request on our own and to report back to us if there was a negative decision. This information, which could easily have been given on the phone, cost us over € 200 (

To charge for over-paid services, which are NOT covered by legal expenses insurance, at a rate of 1.5 times, seems to be a specialty of this law firm. Furthermore, this does not shine with advice, quality and customer orientation, but rather with constant invoices instead of necessary advice. Ergo: Finger off, if you really want to have a lawyer by his side. The speech here is in particular of Mr. Frank Hülsenbeck, but he is indeed representative of this law firm.

A prudent and honest lawyer and advocate of my interests Dr. Hülsenbeck has been my lawyer in all "life situations" for several years. In particular, he accompanied me with skill in my contract negotiations in the Group, and there have been and are always new rounds of negotiations over the years. He is always honest, loyal and open, even if my own ideas deviate from the legally more correct positions. One is sometimes also legally questionable and also illegally attacked and he has always shown proportionality here, i.e. e.g. no procedure initiated that only causes high costs without a reasonable prospect of success. So this is in complete contradiction to his economic interests. I can only say that I trust him and his judgment and I couldn't ask for more.
