The staff was super friendly and relaxed, really nice. The experience of flying and responding to requests for direction was also great. But the organization is definitely in need of improvement. I had a voucher for "Be your own pilot". Initially, a small, sales-heavy introduction was made (completely understandable), but it conveyed little content. Since not everyone can fly at the same time, some would have to wait. So I hung there for about 2 hours without being able to do anything. I believe that we can organize it differently and thus save people such waiting times. That was really stupid, everything else was great!
