Actually, they don't deserve a star. I ordered a van extra 8 weeks in advance. Collection would have been agreed on Saturday at 7.30 a.m. Surprise!!! After 40 minutes of in vain waiting and 2 calls to the Vienna headquarters, it was said succinctly that the branch would not be open on Saturday. 😤 It was not considered necessary to let me know by phone or letter. Oh yes, because of 24 hour service. The phone rings nicely in the branch that is not open. So please do not rely on PlanB. I was lucky and got a replacement at another rental. Oh yes, you wait in vain for an apology.

Staff: exemplary, friendly, competent and tried to please everyone. Vehicles: not as much choice as the big rental companies may have, but everything is much more relaxed and the price is great! I can only recommend whether you rent commercially or privately!
