I fully recommend Buchbinder! I have been renting many times from Buchbinder since early 2015 and they have consistently had the lowest prices and very easy renting process. The service has always been very friendly and efficient! I had several occasions that the 250€ deposit (Kaution) was not returned afterwards and I had to send emails asking for it. This does not happen if you pay the deposit in cash though! You receive the deposit immediately when you return the car if you pay cash. I am extremely satisfied with all of the Buchbinder experiences I've had and will definitely continue to use them.

Great price, service, and cars. It's the second time I rent from them and get a much better car than expected. In a Buchbinder in another city I got a much worse, old car.

All safety measures are properly observed in the station. The vehicle still smelled of disinfectant, this gave me a very safe feeling when getting into the vehicle. Thank you very much for that! Unfortunately, the opening times are not that ideal. I would like the ward to have been open all the time, so that I am more flexible next time. The staff was also very polite and very competent. Thank you and see you next time!
