Top Service
I am consistently very satisfied with the service and performance of the branch in Passau. My appointment was also kept.
However, none of the employees (neither workshop nor office) wore a mask ...
And unfortunately the entire branch makes a very messy impression - here you could easily make a much better impression on the customer.
I was at Euromaster in Passau yesterday, my company is a customer there, the boss offered me to come over with my private car, because the car had been losing power for two days, the engine check lamp was on and it was extremely jerky.
I was there at around 1 p.m. and within 10 minutes it was clear where the problem might be.
On closer inspection it turned out that the ignition cable and the spark plug 3 were burned out.
The mechanic drove off immediately to get the spare parts. At around 3 p.m. everything was done and the car is running perfectly again! Many many thanks ! Great service, fair price and brilliant work!

.. friendly staff and always ok.
Am a customer for years and last year 59 € for tires change and store and yesterday 80 € !!!!.
Since the fun sounds when I think that it all around ..ATU, Pit Stop ect. is much cheaper.
I will have to look around in another workshop.
Too bad, was always satisfied..😣.
