5 star for the execution of windshield change, 1 star for handing over all necessary paperwork and customer care afterwards: I did not get the paper I would have needed to replace my yearly highway vignette and this I found out when I was about to buy it. Therefore, I had to buy an additional 10 day vignette, and when I claimed at Carglass that due to not receiving the necessary paper, I had extra cost the Carglass employee did not take the responsibility and claimed that it was not their fault. Very poor handling of such situation.

ATTENTION. CARGLASS Passau. I wanted to sell me a window replacement because supposedly in the field of vision and not allowed by law. What a fool, I can only see the hood in that area. Drove to Atu and they fixed it right away.

A complicated crack in the windscreen could be repaired instead of exchanged. The employee tried very hard and was very successful with it. The staff were all friendly and attentive, very good service!

I came over twice to get an offer because I have a rockfall in my BMW. The first time I was told that changing my windshield for my vehicle costs between € 800-900. When I came back and actually wanted to make an appointment, I was told that the cost would be € 1047. I wanted the offer in writing but was told that they would not make any written offers. For this reason, I cannot recommend Carglass. I drove to another workshop that easily made me an offer in writing which was even 300 € cheaper.
