Super nice and attentive shop assistants. Actually, only my daughter was a customer and my son and I were just waiting for her ... we were served by Sarah K. and I was really impressed how we, as merely "waiting customers", were treated extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately these days it is no longer a matter of course.

Rude, incompetent, just unbelievable. If a rating with zero stars, then this would actually still rated too good for today's performance. I have never been treated so rudely in a business as today there - and you get Yes in Lower Bavaria otherwise quite a lot. But that I and my son (5 years old) was compared by the FILIALLEITERIN with Passau junkies, was the absolute eagerness to disrespect.

I was there with my daughter. A coat, the daughter undecided whether to take it. The seller asks her to put on the coat. Your honest opinion: it doesn't suit you and is too wide on your shoulders. She could have sold the coat easily, but honestly, it didn't really fit. This makes the business very personable and all the sales women I have met so far have been super friendly !!! We love to go there!
