My wife bought a pair of pants and a jacket today. At the cashier we were asked if we need a shopping bag. I think this question is not correct, with a plastic bag, I could still put up with it. We have been buying from Mango for 15 years, that means in Benidorm and now also in Passau. It was always obvious that our shopping was packed in a paper shopping bag. This paper shopping bag is also the hanger or the advertisement for mango. The store manager then said that the customers would ask them what size they need. You as a saleswoman must know where she can accommodate depending on the goods. PS: The two other sales assistants were very friendly and close to the customer.
