Cheap Balea brand!
Anyone who likes to be insulted, threatened, insulted, shouted at or even sexually discriminated against will surely like to shop here. Better not everyone else.
For product or application questions, it is better not to contact the staff, but rather directly to the competition - there you will be received and treated with more respect and much friendlier.
I was a regular customer here for years. But since the good, friendly staff was swapped for insulting, unfriendly and pushy staff, this shop has been a disaster. I recommend switching to the competition or the dm in Graneckerstrasse.
