I really don't recommend this service. There were two electricians on the job to fix a light connection and only one electrician was actually working and I was not informed that two electricians were coming to fix a light connection. You should be here between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. as indicated on the phone call prior to the appointment. They arrived at 7:40 a.m. and finished their work around 8:10 a.m., the bill says 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. (15 minutes extra). I suspect they finished work in about 15 minutes, but they stayed longer. They gave me the bill, which I had to sign right away as it looked like they were in a hurry. I should have read the details, but I think it is also your responsibility to explain to me what you put on the bill. They even know that I speak bad German and they spoke to me in plain English. If the bill is in German, they could have explained what is on the bill. After getting the official invoice with the total amount of the payment, I called the company and explained all of this. During the phone conversation, I related the above points and he postponed the call twice (in two days) to give me an answer that I was not informed that two electricians were coming.
