We only need 2 regulator buttons for a boiler and we were held up for 6 months with the following excuses: he does not get the spare parts from the manufacturer or anything else ... although the parts on ebay are available from 5 euros, he is said to be unable to order them! Where the parts were finally installed, it was said that he actually does not make a boiler, just please the owner, if you had known earlier then you could have done it yourself ... next time another one will be ordered ...
