All employees are nice and polite. But I am quite dissatisfied with my result, as my beard was broken after 10 treatments and had two additional burns on my face. During the treatments there were almost always other employees and each one of them broke my beard in their own way. I documented everything, took photos before and after these 10 treatments.
Bottom line: I paid a lot of money to have a broken beard now. I am thinking of calling in a lawyer to clarify the matter.
Great advice and the same treatment booked
First of all, I would like to emphasize that the employees are really nice. For my 4 zones with 8-10 treatments each, I paid over € 3,000. Unfortunately, the result is only partially convincing. Unfortunately, even if the hair becomes finer and much less, it has not completely disappeared. The shave is not unnecessary, at least for me.
Very nice reception, very clean and professional-looking premises, advice great. Everything was well explained to me, both ladies present very friendly, there was coffee and I did not feel surprised when the duration of the treatment and a list of the costs was created. Thank you for the great stay and the treatment, I will definitely recommend it.
Absolutely friendly staff, very good advice with very good results.
