I have ordered a TV on Black Friday with a 3-4 day availability. It took almost 3 weeks, which I can understand if I am continuously informed about the status and reason of delay is described. Instead of that I had to contact Mediamarkt 3 times in writing (once in every week) and always received the same answer, order is valid, be patient! - and that was all. Finally I contacted the mediamarkt unit in Passau directly and they informed me that my TV has arrived. Picking it up was easy, that is the reason of giving 2 stars instead of the one...

Good people n product best service. Staff can help u to find right product even theg help with negotiating price. Got best deal. Friendly Staff n speak English also.
