At first I was glad to find someone who repairs old HiFi devices in our region. After almost a week that my Walkman was there, I found out that the strap cannot be changed because you cannot get there. I found the complete service manual on the Internet in advance with the exact disassembly instructions. Well, not all that bad. I understand that you have to pay a flat rate even if the repair is not done. Would have been nice to find out in advance. But what an absolute cheek is that the Walkman works much less afterwards than before. Screws back in incorrectly. The mechanics are defective .... And then served by a rather unsympathetic and unfriendly employee at the checkout even though you politely wanted to pick up your device. Never again!!!

The company advertises on the homepage with a repair service for washing machines - dryers, dishwashers - refrigerators, TV screens - hi-fi equipment, one should just call. Unfortunately, I was told on the phone that would not apply if you live in Passau (11 km away from the company) but only for Salzweg. A pity, that should be recognizable on the homepage, that a distance of 11 km no longer belongs to the environment of the company, that sounds like a great service to which one then does not find.
