Service zero - Complaints are rejected, alleging damage was deliberately caused two months after purchase - plus unfriendly and brash employees, who were probably among the less gifted at school. Facts is now in an attorney's clarification, also due to a GDPR relevant statement of a staff member, which counts to the above. Conclusion: never recommend again and no one, there are better addresses in Erfurt.
