We went to this store last week to buy a sofa set. Our ideas were very special and individual. Thanks to the good professional and competent advice from the seller, Mr. Braun, we finally found a great solution for us and after buying the sofa set, we went home satisfied ... many thanks to Mr. Braun 👍👍👍👍👍

It's a dilemma. Multipolster has a wide range of sofa sets. You can examine, feel, conquer and succumb to this. In addition, you get specialist advice, if desired. Each couch has a price tag with a crossed out price and the now valid and supposedly cheaper purchase price. The couch I was considering was reduced from around € 3,500 to around € 2,850. As with any purchase with a greater financial outlay, I compared the price with offers from the Internet. But I also kept in mind that Multipolster has running costs (employees, provision of exhibition space, etc.), which inevitably lead to higher prices. The same couch with the same furnishings was offered € 1,000 cheaper on the Internet. Plus Shipping costs still remain a saving of approx. 750 €. So I had to decide for myself whether it was worth € 750 to buy on site, because I was able to test the couch there in the exhibition. I have denied this. If it were 200-300 €, the decision could have been different. I think Multipolster should have an honest pricing policy. The indication of the crossed out prices, which suggest that you save a lot of money, does not have to be. Realistic, comprehensible prices should be given, which perhaps open up a small amount of room for negotiation. So the sales strategy could have worked for me.

Attention when parking! On behalf of Multipolster, the German Service Group will punish everyone with € 20 who does not place their parking meter exactly under the windshield (!). Must be there?

Shortly before the shop closed we found and bought our dream couch through the very friendly and competent saleswoman Ms. Mansfeld. Without hectic or stress. With a good mood and a big smile on our face, our financing was even processed and confirmed shortly before 7 p.m. Thank you for the great shopping experience - such sellers like Ms. Mansfeld are unfortunately far too rare and gold value! Thank you!
