I returned a delivery that I ordered online at the store. I ordered 4 pillows to choose from and gave 3 back - I only need one.
The employee who looked after me first was more than just unfriendly. She asked me why I ordered so many pillows in the first place and then she said extremely sarcastically: "Oh, and it is better to return the goods here." Yes, it actually is and this service is also offered, so why shouldn't I use it ?!
She referred me to another employee who was really very friendly and handled the whole process quickly.
Since I had to wait a little now, I noticed that she was just as rude and snappy with the other customers.
This woman should rather go into production and no longer let loose on customers.

The employees are super nice and service-oriented. I brought back chairs for which I only had the credit card charge and everything was handled proactively by the staff. I will definitely stay a customer.
