Very interesting.
Good fires with leadership.
We were there on Saturday for the Christmas party of the Volker & Wald GmbH there and it was an extraordinarily beautiful evening. Peter Korn and Michael Ilsemann have taken excellent and always courteous care for the well-being of those present. The Christmas food - Mutzbraten, dumplings, red cabbage and all sorts of other delicacies were delicious. The highlight of the evening was the mulled wine served outside in the courtyard directly from the cauldron over the campfire and of course the brief explanation of the firing and distillation processes including the tasting of some fine wines. Especially recommended: the hazelnut spirit and the barrique gin!

Individually a very special atmosphere Rustic yet simple!
We held our Christmas party here on 14.12.18. The owner made a lot of effort and told us a lot about the Brännerei. Very interesting was also the tour through the Horchgänge in Petersberg.
Only one thing has not really promised us as a restaurateur, the dinner, it was not the price-performance feeling. Here the owner should perhaps change the provider. Otherwise it was a successful evening.
