Very nice and patient staff. Problem solving was taken care of. This dragged on for several days. But at no time was there any unkind word or an annoyed look. The shop is very clean. Thank you very much
Very unfriendly saleswoman. If DHL Service is so burdened then either leave it or hire people to do it without complaint. As a customer, I can't help it if I'm not the only one who gives the delivery address there.
A point of attraction for the area's assistants, who then sit in the park and yell around half the night. Unfortunately also DPD Pickup Shop and DHL contact point, so often forced to go there.
Why does the DHL parcel deliver it to this parcel shop? I live somewhere else, totally crazy. Now I have to drive miles to pick up my package. There is also a DHL parcel shop near me :(
