People work here who have no chance on the first job market and those who look after them and keep the store going. There is give and take here. The former can still create value and make themselves useful here, experience cooperation, participation, appreciation and social interaction. They do not get lonely here and, like other people, can create value and create networks, receive help when necessary and learn necessary skills that relieve us and help them again.
