My wife was with you once and said it was very pleasant. Waiting time was ok according to the workload and as a cash patient she was taken very quickly.

Very long waiting time, the anesthetic doctor has private conversations in the room, water should be brought to me, was apparently forgotten, had to go myself although I should not get up for an hour
