I am enthusiastic about this technical and human competence. Very short to no waiting time. So far I have only had good experiences with therapists and doctors. All in all: TOP !! Many Thanks.

We were there with our twins. We appeared about 1 hour before our appointment. We were immediately taken to measure the weight etc. Then we were allowed to wait in the Ronald McDonald house. This is top equipped with toys, etc. The doctor took a lot of time for us, led advisory work. The doctor answered all our questions and listened to us. We were very happy with this department, keep going.

I wanted to make an appointment by telephone to have my son's primary dyslexia diagnosed in Austria confirmed for his new German school in time for the start of school. Unfortunately, it is not possible in the SPZ Passau to make an appointment, this was denied me with the clumsiest excuses, because one is too lazy to type an appointment in the computer, which may then not be perceived. They insisted that I had to show a referral from a pediatrician just for the phone call and asked unabashedly about its name and the diagnosis. I do not give such data to any telephone operator. It was and is completely new to me that one is treated and fooled like a patient. I therefore decide for the SPZ Deggendorf.
