Meaningful and good. Please shop there. People are nice and the goods are OK. And you do something good. Browsing in peace is also fun

Very nice shop, always interesting. The people there are very dedicated and always go to great lengths. Some may be a bit special, but they all work as volunteers in their spare time. That the prices are quite high, is often true, but you also always find something for a great price. If you find something too expensive, you can buy it elsewhere. Or you say that the money will be used well in the end (for projects by Oxfam, to find on their homepage),

A pity nice laden. But totally overpriced each part is first examined in the back rooms and looked on the Internet no chance to act no views. I bought for a son of a jacket for 30 € she wanted to exchange the next day they do not even make a voucher. Sad and very unfriendly some saleswomen.

I can only agree with other reviews: If you give absolutely useful things for the good cause and do not want to be involved in discussions, it's best to go straight to the KiM store with your second-hand items. When giving things (or trying to do so), one can get the impression of having to deal with people who have a lot of time, but not always the same amount of information about the value of things, but not much else to report, now in the store but finally something can determine. The topic "value of things" is then reflected in the selling prices, where each line and partly also measure and middle are missing (high-quality clothes sometimes cheap, but then, for example, abgegrabbelte paperbacks for 6 euros, etc.).

I always used to like to browse: nice things, great presents (that's still the case), sometimes a good bargain, nice people. Lately, however, the things that are being sold have become very expensive, and unfortunately the staff are also often very rude, especially to donors. Many things are no longer accepted and so you run at the end again with almost all the donations home. I've noticed that while browsing, now I have experienced such a situation: On Friday, I wanted to donate summer clothes and I was all things returned with the note that only transitional matters are taken. On my suggestion that it is still midsummer (it was over 30 degrees) and the things are safe to sell well, I was sharply pointed out that I could see that is already switched to autumn and is on the slips in the store that no summer things are taken anymore. Not only this strict line is not comprehensible from my point of view, also the tone of the coworker was very unfriendly and correct. I went with my things then in the Angerstraße to KIM, where everything was received very friendly. Too bad that the store is developing, actually the idea behind it is great. With the volunteers, it also seems to be very difficult: for months, they are desperately looking for people and closed the store is also more often short term. For me, the shop is unfortunately less and less often a visit option!
