The staff are very friendly and nice. You take a lot of time for individual advice. The services, such as changing batteries or ear piercing, are also great! The selection is not overwhelming, but diverse and very beautiful, so that everyone can find the right piece of jewelry for themselves!

I (adult woman) am terribly afraid of injections etc. but still wanted more ears pierced. I felt so well cared for, the staff member relieved me of any fear and I was so happy with the result that I now have a third ear pierced on the right. If there were ten stars, I would also give ten!

Today we went to the shop with our 5 year old daughter for an ear piercing. Before that, we were informed about the processes and the follow-up treatment, the lancing process itself was very hygienic. Every step was explained to our daughter in a child-friendly manner and she did a great job. At the end there was even a certificate of bravery
