Not a real concept for "Corona times"! We waited at least 15 minutes until we should be served, but the lady kicked us out because there were too many people in the shop and served customers who came after us!

Definitely not to be recommended! Very unfriendly and incompetent staff, specifically the branch management. In my opinion, she is far too young and overwhelmed for this post. In general, I didn't notice anything about customer-oriented advice. There was hardly any listening, people constantly wanted to talk me into several products at once instead of simply responding to my needs. Everyone is wondering why people only buy online ...
