Staff very unfriendly, although I was the only customer in the shop I was not advised. After looking around for a few minutes, I spoke to the saleswoman ... She didn't really want to show me the bracelet ... I didn't want to buy it there anymore

I had my necklace soldered and I was able to make it myself as it looked. tore in place after a few days

Extreme and personable and unfriendly staff. The customer is perceived as a foreign body rather than the one who brings the money. The shop windows and the display windows look really good, but some of the employees don't feel like showing you anything, let alone putting them on. I also noticed that when I appeared in a suit and so on, I was courted and with jeans and a T-shirt you were seen as a second-class person. I'd rather sell to the country jeweler again.
