Totally inadequate advice on the phone, I wanted to order, my questions (e.g. availability) could not be answered. I wanted to buy specifically from the local trade - due to the lack of quality advice I then ordered over the Internet without any problems

Super nice and competent saleswoman. I had the battery changed on my Armani watch. She tried very hard and within 30 minutes I had the watch back in my hands. Can only recommend the service :)
