We were given very good advice and felt very comfortable. Here our wishes were met and no attempt was made to talk us into the current trend. When our wedding had to be postponed, the very personable boss Ms. Schubert took action immediately. Thank you and 5 stars for a GREAT service beyond the normal range.

We did not feel well advised and treated derogatory. The trial rings to determine the ring size was a different shape than the selected ring. As a result, the ring did not fit when it was picked up. After all, half of the cost of the change was covered. It was only the lady from whom we commissioned the change that gave us great advice and was extremely personable.
