This property management is without words. Unreliable, incompetent, unreachable. The apartment door of my tenants has been defective for weeks, partly opens by itself. Security = 0. Administration reported the damage several times by email and advised of the urgency, no reaction !!!! Not available by phone.

Nice conversation

Mr. Schöbel is competent, nice and cozy. But I don't want to get to know its uncomfortable side. I have experience with several administrators (unfortunately), others have already thrown in the towel, Mr. Schöbel is only in top form.
