This is a lovely little apartment off the Maierhofstrasse with a double bed, shower bathroom and small kitchenette. We stayed for 10 days and we pleased with the ease with which we could walk to the historic district or to a very nearby bus stop. The owners are very friendly and the accomodations are very clean. The only reason not to give a 5 star was that we were in residence during the MaiFest and students were audible along the street into the late hours on a few nights. We would stay here again!

Super apartments, which are completely renovated: new floor, new kitchen, etc. Everything was great! Very extensive equipment with kitchen appliances and utensils. Quiet location and yet so central that you can walk to the city center. Very dear landlord!

Stay period May 16, 2018 to June 20, 2018. During this time I had the opportunity to live in both Troadkasten and Apartment Blau. Both accommodation options were very clean and functional. For a vacation for two, I recommend booking in the Troaskasten. The rooms are very nicely furnished and all have a window. The sleeping and living areas can be darkened using blinds. There is also a small kitchenette with a stove and oven. The Blau apartment is more suitable for students or, as in my case, for a professional stay. Everything is there that is needed. The kitchen consists of a small work area with a sink. Coffee machine, kettle and 2-field hotplate. I deducted one star because there is no window in the bathroom and the accommodation is a bit noisy. BUT otherwise I was very satisfied and would book here again. The landlady is very nice and is very helpful if something is missing
