Good to know when you deal with criticism like that. Simply blocking people is also a possibility that doesn't make a restaurant any better. I wanted to order online from Hendlhouse. asks Good Eating. Because delivery works very poorly, often delivery only the next day although it is a normal weekday and opening times are 5 p.m. Delivery is a matter of luck, times are delivered. Even by phone it is a matter of luck whether someone answers to order. if someone should answer you will be advised that you should order online. then they shouldn't offer a phone number
Highly recommended Doner kebab and pizza taste really good and the supplier is always very friendly
Rudeness in the service industry does not work. Just wanted to ask if it could be that the delivery time is 1.5 hours. Was on the phone unfriendly made aware that they have 20 orders "here". After the phone call only 19, have canceled. And so you do not bother to write to me I should not order anymore, (as you did in response to bad reviews on the reviews of some predecessors) I'll never do that again.
I ordered there for the first time, the homepage order unfortunately did not work but a top friendly gentleman on the phone who then took my long order.
The order came exactly to the second on the desired date.

Fast delivery, the food was still nice and warm. Lush quantity and good taste. The gentleman who brought the food was friendly. In my experience, deserves full 5 stars. 🤗
