The name says it all - THANK YOU for the stress-free move! At the beginning of the virus, the upcoming move was a challenge for us (with previous health problems and risk). The first phone call with a Ruck Zuck employee was so trusting that we made an appointment on site. The employee had already obtained a face mask for this, although these parts were still in short supply at the time and there was no obligation to wear them. Very far-sighted, very confidence-building, great! The decision was as good as made. We spread the move over 2 days. On the first day, a good 2 hours were originally planned for loading the furniture. The Ruckzuck employees were ready after just 1 hour. When unloading at the new apartment, I was very impressed, because I've rarely seen such a highly productive and super professional team. The employees work together perfectly. We walked through the apartment and discussed the placement of the furniture and lamps. One employee dedicated himself exclusively to the lamps - no big questions, everything was super clean and done in a very reasonable time frame. It was the same with the furniture - I didn't have to explain anything, nor did I have the feeling that I had to be careful somewhere that everything was going right. It just went and our furniture was handled as carefully as one could wish. The second day of the move turned out to be the same and today the last thing to do was clearing out and disposing of any remaining things at the old residence. Everything went super perfectly. Many thanks to the Ruck Zuck staff. I have a very strong memory of my previous move, which was carried out by another company, so that I have a comparison. It makes a big difference whether I have a provider who carries out the orders with constantly changing student assistants or - as here - a grown family company whose employees are constantly active in the company and know what is important to the customer. That is a real added value! I never thought that a moving day could be so stress-free. And one more thing: During our move, we noticed that a matter of course from bygone times has obviously been lost, namely that things simply run smoothly. Something always went wrong somewhere and you have to dig deeper and run after things. Working with Ruck Zuck was really the only one during the entire move that went perfectly smoothly! The move was super good and fast. Washing machines and lamp connections no problem. We are very satisfied.

Really to be recommended: calm, fast and very serious !! From order acceptance and planning to packing and loading and unloading: everything is very professional, helpful and reliable. All employees are very friendly and trustworthy! This makes moving (almost) child's play.

Today we moved from Norderney to Haselünne in no time at all. Everything went smoothly. The ferries were booked and a special permit for the transport trip to Norderney was available. The process was smooth and professional. The team (3 personable gentlemen) was friendly, competent and lived up to the name "Ruck-Zuck". The previous telephone contact with the ladies in the office was also pleasant and customer-oriented. It was our second move "in no time at all". The company is highly recommended.
